Charter's popular 'Soldier Greetings' returns

By: Staff, The Capital Times

Greetings from soldiers overseas proved to be so popular on Charter Cable last year that the company is doing it again this year.

"Soldier Greetings" is available to Charter subscribers beginning Monday, with video greetings from 100 Wisconsin native servicemen and women stationed around the world.

"We brought it back because of the overwhelming response from our customers last year," said Lisa Washa, general manager for Charter in Wisconsin.

The 24-minute video is on the Charter On Demand "I Want More" package.

Madison-area natives giving greetings include Air Force Senior Airman Meredith Healy, Service Civilian Diane Jackson, Air Force Tech Sgt. Charles Lindgren, Army Master Sgt. Ken Liston, Air Force Senior Airman Melissa Lompre, Air Force Lt. Col. Julie Boit and Navy Lt. Timothy Kuehn.

The program will be available on Charter until Jan. 31.
