Charter Communications Promotes Tim Normand to VP/GM, Wisconsin KMA

Tim Normand Promoted to VP/GM, Wisconsin KMA

Today it’s my pleasure to announce the promotion of Tim Normand to Vice President and General Manager of the Wisconsin KMA. Tim has more than 43 years of industry experience – including positions such as Installer, Service Technician and System Technician – plus over 30 years in engineering roles. His most recent position was Sr. Director of Engineering for the Wisconsin KMA, where he’s been instrumental in building one of the best networks across Charter.

The Wisconsin KMA serves one of Charter’s largest residential and commercial customer bases, so it’s critical that the KMA continues to grow market share across all lines of business and offerings. Tim’s leadership, team building and project management experience – coupled with a true passion for high-quality operations – will help position the Wisconsin team to deliver an unmatched positive experience to Charter customers.

A lifelong resident of Wisconsin, Tim is also an outstanding citizen of the state. He’s held leadership roles in the Wisconsin Army National Guard (Sergeant First-Class) and served as a City Alderman. Married for 43 years, Tim and his wife Sharon are proud parents of two adult children and grandparents of six grandchildren – Johnathan, age 13; Emmaliese, 11; Elizabeth, 9; Henry, 6; Matthew, 3; and Madelyn, 6 months.

Tim officially begins his new role on Monday, December 3rd  and will work from our Madison KMA office. Please join me in congratulating Tim on this well-deserved promotion!

Also, I’d like to thank Sean O’Donnell for assisting with leadership responsibilities for the Wisconsin KMA in the interim, while continuing to lead and drive improvements in the Central States KMA.

Best regards,
